Crew still needed.

Dear friends,

We are only one week away from the beginning of an exciting production. Everything has been coming together perfectly and I trust that God will provide exactly what we need to accomplish the work He has set before us. There are still a few crew members that are needed to assist on set. If you have experience or wish to be trained in one of the following areas please email ryan@cwcfilms.com. We need a Lighting technician, Audio mixer, Acting coach, script supervisor, and several people to do miscellaneous tasks. If you  can volunteer even for just a few days that would be a huge blessing. Our upcoming Production meeting will be held this Saturday for those who are able to come out please RSVP Here. Production begins July 28th and will continue to August 20th. On weekdays we will work primarily from 1Pm-9Pm. And on Saturdays from 7Am-9Pm.

Extreme Makeover Home Edition

This last week the art department along with our property master Sarah Anstett had some fun refurbishing old furniture. We started with some rather cheep thrift store furnishings and transformed them into like new condition for use in Slow Fade.

Keep Praying!

Production will begin in only 9 days. As we near this deadline we need God's provision and direction more than anything. Below are a few specific needs that you can pray for.

-Completion of our contracts on the location for Thomas's house.
-Completion of the final revision of the script.
-Safe arrival of our final pieces of equipment.
-Safe arrival for al of the cast.
-Dedication, diligence and strength for the last few days of pre-production.
-And God to be glorified in every thing we do.

Thank you so much for your prayers and support. It is so exciting to see this project come together this year.

Making posters for Thomas's room

For the scenes we will be shooting in Thomas's room we had to create our own posters. Due to legal limitations and royalties this is the most efficient and easiest way to have posters in his room. As Thomas's life slowly begins to fade into darkness his room reflects his life. So we designed posters in varying levels of darkness to have in his room at different stages of his life. For this project we set up a small studio and took around 400 photo's of a dozen people to make fictitious movie, music and tv show posters. We all had a great time and the results were fabulous. Check out the photo's below to see some of the results
